The Voucher tab is where you configure the criteria and value of the voucher rewards, and how to email the voucher to your customer.
The Voucher Type determines if the voucher is a
- Percentage discount your online basket
- Fixed amount discount on your online basket
- Fixed amount based on the number or products matched in the off-line store receipt
Vouchers are sent by email and the look and feel of these emails are created using email templates. Vouchers can be sent either from SnapRewards email service and branded email templates (the default) or a separate email service provider such as MailGun can be used. The Email Provider dropdown list allows you to select an Email Provider, the Default is to use Snap Rewards Email. Mails will be sent from thankyou@snap-rewards.com.
The Email Template dropdown list allows you to select an Email Template, the Default is to use Snap Rewards Email template, however you will probably want to setup your own branded emails using our Email Template builder, click here for our guide to building branded email templates.
